I don’t believe you read my email concerning the issue with my order. Please take a moment to read it again and at least apologize for the error that your company made. I will most definitely not be shopping on your website again. Your lack of concern and attention to detail is the same as the representative who “helped” me over the phone and the cause of the breakdown with my original order.
When can I expect the return shipping label for Order #xxxxx? I would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

What’s up with Busta Rhymes lately?
The answer is, I really don’t know. Last weekend I was flipping channels and I caught one of those Halloween movies. Well, there’s Busta knocking Michael out a window. Anyway, the more I listen to this DJ Mehdi remix the more I like it. I’ve been following Mehdi since he opened for Justice in Austin a couple of years ago. His set killed it and Justice didn’t really live up to the hype for me. I also tried to see him at the Fools Gold 2009 SXSW After Party but I gave up after queuing for 2.5 hours. But RocknRoll!
